This page describes how the Asterys Srl website is handled with regard to the processing of visitors’ personal data.
This policy is also provided pursuant to art. 13, Law n. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Act– for all those accessing the Asterys Srl web services through the address http://asterys.com , corresponding to the home page of the official Asterys Srl website.

This policy is also inspired by Recommendation n. 2/2001, adopted by the European Data Protection Authorities and in particular by the Data Protection Working Party, established by art. 29 of Directive n. 95/46 EC on 17 May 2001 to outline some minimum requirements for collecting personal data online and to focus on how, when and which information must be provided to the internet users when they access a web page, regardless of their purpose.

The data processing linked to the services provided by this website takes place at the aforementioned head office and is carried out by technical personnel in charge of such processing or by previously and adequately trained persons occasionally engaged in maintenance operations for privacy protection. No data deriving from the use of this site will be communicated or disclosed.
Personal data provided by users asking for information (newsletter, answers to questions, requests for estimates, contacts and similar information) is only used to provide the requested services and is communicated to third parties only when necessary for such purpose (for example, in case information or advertising material is forwarded through Poste Italiane Spa).

According to the aforementioned article, the parties have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of any data processed in violation of the law, as well as, in any case, on legitimate grounds, to oppose its processing.
These requests will be sent by registered letter, fax or e-mail and addressed at no expense to Asterys Srl, Data Controller, at the addresses indicated on the site.
