Ana Belen Manzano

Ana Belén is a Coach and Facilitator with over 20 years of experience in organizational consulting.

She specializes in corporate coaching and tailors development programs for individuals and groups that help managers and executives to achieve greater managerial effectiveness and develop leadership skills.

Ana Belén applies a transformational approach that allows clients to increase their awareness of self and others, look at situations from new points of view, and reach lasting transformation of mindsets and behaviors. This approach becomes particularly relevant and makes the difference in getting concrete results when applied in organizational change and culture transformation initiatives.

Ana Belén has worked for several multinational companies in different industries (banking, pharmaceutical, food, fashion, information technology, and others), developing tailored programs including both group work (high performing team programs, managerial competences training, team coaching, agile teams) and individual work (executive coaching, feedback 360 debrief, assessment and development centers for executives, managers and high talents). She works in Italian, Spanish and English.

As a coach she has worked with more than 250 managers and executives and has provided over 2.000 coaching hours to date. Ana Belén is an ICF (International Coach Federation) Master Certified Coach (MCC). She has been a faculty member of the AsterysLab Professional Coaching Mastery School since 2013.

Ana Belén is certified on CTT (Cultural Transformation Tools by R. Barret and Associates), a methodology that includes 360° leadership diagnostic tools and cultural assessments for organizations and teams. She is also certified as EQ Assessor on Emotional Intelligence by Six Seconds, PSYCH-K facilitator (a methodology to transform limiting beliefs) and is an expert of the CliftonStrengths self-assessment by Gallup.

Ana Belén began her professional career in 1995 with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in Madrid, Milan and London, after a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Carlos III University, Madrid, 1995). During this experience, she has taken part in several re-organizations and post-merger integrations as project manager. She has become an expert in project and program design and planning, and in the management of organization, process and technology change initiatives.
