We aim at working with the best or potentially best/high-potential Executive Coaches and Facilitators. We have very strict criteria to identify the professionals who can meet our standards in serving our corporate clients.
Before sending us your curriculum, please carefully read our purpose, our values and the criteria we use to select our Associates. Be sure you share our values sincerely and match the profile we are looking for.
Criteria for selecting Associate Coaches / Facilitators:
✓ Coaching experience of at least 700 hours with top and middle managers;
✓ Facilitation experience of at least 500 hours with leadership teams;
✓ Business acumen and work experience in corporate environments (i.e. 5 or more years in multinational companies in management positions);
✓ Coaching training in alignment with the ICF credentialing requirements;
✓ ICF Credential (PCC or MCC level);
✓ Alignment with Asterys’ values ;
✓ Impeccable reputation in the market;
✓ Alignment with Asterys’ transformational approach demonstrated by the candidate’s coaching / facilitation practice (evaluation by Asterys’ assessors **).
** How we evaluate the candidates to our network:
- Coaches: send us the recording of a 30-minute coaching session with complete transcript including timecode.
- Facilitators: facilitate a 45-minute session in person during one of our Facilitation Assessment days.
