1. Pre-Program Preparation:
Participants engage in foundational activities to set the stage for impactful learning:
- Case Study Analysis: A real-world scenario introduces the challenges of leading in complexity and prepares participants to think systemically.
- Leadership Circle Profile™ Self-Assessment: This tool provides insights into leadership patterns, fostering self-awareness and personal growth goals.
2. Workshop (2 Days):
The program’s core is a two-day, in-person, off-site workshop. Key components include:
- System Intelligence: Learn to identify patterns and dynamics in complex systems.
- Polarity Management: Develop skills to balance competing priorities for better decisions.
- Reclaiming Projections: discovering and integrating one’s own shadow to unlock potential.

3. Follow-Up:
